I wouldn't recommend ladies for people without experience with finches. My mom and I love them and we want to get a few but no experience in finches yet. They have a lot more requirements then other finches like zebras. I suggest you get a pair of zebras or socities first. Zebras and socities will breed in them little woven finch nest you can get in the pet store, but ladies wont they need a box kinda like a parakeet but with a square hole that goes from one side of the box to the other instead of a hole. I'm pretty sure they also need to be fed live insects all the time to help keep them in top health.

There is a lady who should be there who has them. Last year she only brought one male, went in the inside and there was another person with a female she traded for it.

No the lady wasn't there. Well I'm pretty sure she was, but she didn't bring anything. She just bought a white faced cockatiel male. I saw it and it looked sick to me so I passed it up.
