I finally got my pair of pied lovebirds set up with a box to breed. She decided that she wanted to lay before I got it set up for her, she only laid 2 eggs in the bottom of the cage and didn't sit on them so I snatched them up and put them in my incubator. I think only one is fertile. Today I added the box and in less then 2 minutes she was inside of it ;D Then the male was ontop of the box (the box is inside the cage.) and I left the room and closed over the door and I was peeking in on them and after making sure all was clear (he's kinda nervous) he went into the box as well and they've been in it almost all day. I hope I have some eggs soon and some babies as well.

Well not really. They two eggs I put in the bator never hatched. They weren't fertile. Then she laid one egg and I'm not sure if she was sitting on it or not, but they two of them are always in the nestbox, but it wasn't fertile as well and I threw it out. So hopefully they will lay again soon and they'll be fertile. It's really pretty annoying.
